TSOS Unity Hub

TSOS Unity Hub was created to bring practical community and business support into one accessible place.

The project supports residents, jobseekers, young people, start-ups, SMEs and local partners through training, work experience, mentoring, employability support, workshops and business guidance.

Built around collaboration, Unity Hub connects people, businesses, local authorities, government agencies and support organisations to help improve skills, confidence, employment pathways and local business growth.


The project has become a foundation for TSOS Group’s wider work in consultancy, training, compliance, community support and business development.

Town Centre Engagement Project

TSOS Group has been commissioned to support town centre engagement on behalf of Rugby Borough Council.


The project focuses on working with town centre businesses and stakeholders to understand current challenges, opportunities and ideas for future town centre management.

Acting as a neutral delivery partner, TSOS Group will facilitate workshops, gather feedback, support constructive discussion and produce a final report summarising key views, themes and practical recommendations.


The aim is to help build stronger relationships, encourage wider participation from local businesses and identify realistic actions that can support positive change across the town centre.

The 3 C's Workshop

The TSOS 3 C’s workshop is delivered by TSOS Group in association with Jobcentre Plus Rugby as a first step for Universal Credit claimants beginning their journey back into jobseeking.


The 3 C’s focuses on Competence, Confidence and Communication. It helps participants rebuild self-belief, recognise their strengths, challenge limiting beliefs and prepare mentally for the next stage of employability support.

Following this initial reset, participants can progress onto the TSOS IMPACT Programme, which provides practical jobseeking support including CV development, live applications, interview preparation and progression planning.


Together, the 3 C’s and IMPACT Programme create a clear pathway from motivation and confidence building through to practical action, helping participants move closer to training, volunteering or employment.

TSOS IMPACT Programme

The TSOS IMPACT Programme is an employability and career transition project delivered by TSOS Group.


Designed to support Jobcentre+ participants, the programme helps people move from motivation into practical action through CV development, live job applications, interview preparation and progression planning.

The programme builds on the existing 3 C’s workshop and provides a structured pathway into employment, volunteering, training or further support.


Through practical workshops and targeted support, TSOS Group helps participants improve confidence, strengthen job readiness and take measurable steps towards work.
